The new Russian Law of Geographical Indications: a critical assessment

This article presents the results of first analysis Russian Law Geographical Indications (GIs) as it appears after recent reform that came into force on 27 July 2020. Indeed, international scholarly literature is increasingly paying attention to GI systems in outside EU and Anglo-Saxon world.
